What's New:

- Only enable the "Re-download Manual" option if a new revision is available

- Added the ability to either automatically find the closest weather office, or pick from a static list

- InciNotes can now Auto-fill the 7.5' Quad field of the Spot Forecast Request form

- Added "Delete" button to Agency Logo on user screen

- Re-enabled landscape support on reports and user manual screens
