InciNotes™ Hazard Input has a pull down menu that allows you to do the following: Edit which allows you to edit the Hazard and Mitigation for the Hazard. Click Mitigated to let the #Incident Commander know the Risk has been Mitigated. Click Triggered to document the Hazard has become Dangerous. This makes it simple and easy for the #Incident Commander to document the #Risk Mitigation Process.
